Product Features
InshineT01Y&InshineT01H are TPC structured solar cell backsheets developed by our company, featuring high weather resistance, hydrolysis resistance and low water permeability. The outer layer (air surface) is compounded with DuPont T film. Due to the unique properties of the T film itself, it endows the backsheet with long-term excellent protection during the application process at the module end in complex environments, including UV resistance, high weather resistance, and inertness to a large number of chemicals, solvents, and dyes. The transparent T film can also provide excellent optical performance in bifacial power generation modules, enhancing the power generation efficiency of the modules. Maximize the return on investment of bifacial photovoltaic modules and reduce the cost per kilowatt-hour. The middle layer is made of PET polyester film. The PET polyester film has excellent insulation performance. The inner layer (EVA surface) is coated with a fluorocarbon coating independently developed and having good adhesion to the film.
Dupont T film has been used for many years as an important component of the backsheet. It remains in good condition during actual use and continues to protect the solar cell modules for more than 25 years.
Product Features:
The outer layer is made of DuPont T film, which is suitable for use in various harsh environments and has higher stability.
Independently developed coating formula, ensuring packaging performance and superior fluorine content.
Easy to repair;
There are two colors available for selection: white and transparent.
Storage conditions:
During the specified storage period, the backsheet should ensure that the temperature is below 30℃, above 0℃, and the humidity is less than 70%. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production or as required by the agreement reached between the supplier and the buyer.
